Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

Kindly let me know do you have any other symptoms like fever , sore throat ?

Do you have history of long drive, long sedentary working hours, stressful job profile , wrong sleeping posture, improper diet?

Meanwhile for pain you can take Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg twice a day or as required.
Locally you can apply diclofenac gel and can use heating pads.

Keep your self well hydrated .
Take balanced diet.
Do slight stretching exercises, yoga and meditation.

Waiting for your reply..
Take care.

Regards.
