I Have Pain In My Throat, Occuring Since 3 Days.
Question: I have pain in my throat, occuring since 3 days. I started talking Combiflam since yesterday when I noticed that pain has increased. May be a bacterial throat infection, what to do? Which medicine to take?

I am doing gargle with chlorhexidine gluconate. Yellow saliva is coming, no cough
is it bacterial or viral throat infection?

At present,given at the information by you,it might be a bacterial infection.
You may find relief by taking the following medicines:
1.Tablet Azithromycin (500 mg), once a day after taking lunch for 3 days.
It is an antibiotic.
2.Tablet Combiflam,twice a day,after meals,for 3 days,
3.Tablet Rantac(150 mg), twice a day, before meals ,for 3 days.
4.Chlorhexidine gargles,thrice a day.
Drink lots of warm water and fluids.
Avoid eating cold,spicy,oily food.
