As per your symptom,you might be suffering from an abnormal infection.
An abdominal infection can be due to consumption of contaminated food or water.
For such patients,a blind treatment comprising of abdomen specific antibiotics like ofloxacin and ornidazole can be started twice a day.
PPI like Pantaprazol 40 is given to suppress acid production.
Drugs like Mafenamic Acid and hyoscine are used to relieve the pain and spasm.
During the course of treatment,patient should take soft,bland diet,avoid tea,coffee,spices,fatty and junk food.
If the symptoms continue,patient should be subjected to blood work and and abdominal ultrasound and treated accordingly.
