Question: I have pain on the right side of neck near sternum. Also a small lump. I have been bothered almost a month now. Loss of appetite, fatigue, major constipation, bloating.

1. Is lump visible over the surface or you can just palpate with fingers, if visible then a
photo picture of the same as an attachment in follow up will help great.
2. Give details of symptoms before the onset of thyroid problem and comparison with
the current condition.
3. Any particular reason of lapse of medicines in between period ?
4. Alteration weight, mood, swelling face, legs if any ?
