Palpitations can be a sign of cardiac disease or other conditions like thyroid dysfunction. Even simple anxiety can cause palpitation. However none of these are contraindication for COVID vaccine and you can safely proceed with vaccination.
Did you evaluate for palpitations or are you on any treatment?
