I have read your query and here is my advice.

Deep brain stimulation ( DBS) is a potential treatment possibility for Parkinson's disease.

It is indicated in cases of prolonged "off" time, dyskinesia despite the drugs treatment, and, at least, four years of disease onset.

You should discuss with your Neurologist if yours is a case appropriate for DBS or not.
