Brief Answer:
a few weeks at least.

Detailed Answer:
Continue Vitamin supplements.
Ointment application and cleaning will help.
Healing may take a few weeks.
Sex so soon may not be possible as the healed wound may take some time to have full strength.
Getting fully recovered with good strength is most important.

With the progress you have shows, the healing will be early and fine.

Take care.

Brief Answer:
Wound is better

Detailed Answer:
Very small fluid filled pustules are sen nearby a healing wound.
Just rub over them with sterile gauze to open up and see if these are healing fast.
All else looks better, almost no swelling.
The skin has thinned out.
Continue multivitamins for good healing and strength.

Brief Answer:
good healing and no rashes; can keep open .

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the clear photo and feedback.
Healing is excellent.
Please do not worry about color changes, more important is proper healing retaining the function of a given organ.
Yes, you can keep the wound open.
Use loose clothes to have proper aeration.
Granulation tissues are showing good healing, but the nerves do not get regenerated hence no pain.
Keep it up to have complete healing.

Take care and give follow up.

the healing is great,
my observation:
using neosporin and covering the wound, slowed healing process and caused me a rash, but since i started leaving it open and applying neosporin, the healing rate has been awesome. the rashes cleared too. the wound itself itches so much too, i guess its part of the healing process too
