I have no symptoms for perimenopause.
I have no symptoms for perimenopause.
Brief Answer:
It can be perimenopause sign.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
You are experiencing shorter and lighter periods and counting your age this can be a sign of perimenopause.
This doesn't mean that period will not come anymore at all. Your periods will come irregularly for months till they stop at all and you will be in menopause.
During this period you may have ovulation but the chances of conceiving will be really reduced but not zero.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

I have like a period pain and feel really sick with headache today but still no bleeding. Any ideas please?

I am thinking of trying a natural approach of fertility acupuncture what are your thoughts please?
Brief Answer:
Visiting a fertility specialist is advisable.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I think the pain you are having may be related to bowel issues.
About your fertility issues I think it would be better to visit a fertility doctor rather than acupuncture.
Visiting a fertility specialist and considering either IVF or intrauterine insemination would be advisable. You don't have to loose time, time is precious in your case.

Ovulation kits are still showing ovulation
Brief Answer:
Your partner should get evaluated too.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
You may need to get in a weight loss plan first and then consider IVF which is more rapid and secure way of conceiving.
You may be having ovulatory cycles but your partner should get evaluated for fertility issues too.
Despite rare ovulation our body changes with age making the sperm reaching the egg more difficult and so making conceiving more difficult.
