I Have Periods When I Cough For Sometimes Twenty Minutes
Question: I have periods when I cough for sometimes twenty minutes or more. The only thing my MD has given me are Breq ellipta inhalers that do not work.

I can understand your concern
Usually we prescribe Brequal ellipta for hypersensitivity cough which means that your airways are sensible to some external agent or in other words they are allergic to something probably in the air.
If you were my patient I would add in your current treatment an antihistamine medication too (Telfast 180 mg) once orally for up to ten days one tablet before sleeping.
And if you take medication for high blood pressure such as Enalapril talk with your doctor to substitute it with another one because it might be another cause for your cough.
