From the images provided the lesions seems like silvery plaques suggestive of psoriasis. It’s a non communicable skin disease which can be cured with proper treatment. Treatment may last upto 6 months in some patients.
Treatment mainly includes steroid creams, vitamin d analogues, keratolytic agents.
It’s advisable to you should visit a good dermatologist personally for proper examination and treatment.
