I Have Real Problems With My Head, My Body, Multiple

--
After a month of drinking heavily, my body would not accept alcohol the next month. If I have one drink, after 30 minutes, my head heats up really bad in the back, and i start to lose balance and i can't really talk and my heart caves in and feels like anxiety attack. What is going on when I have only 1 drink now?
Direct toxicity or nutritional deficiency
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for posting your query.
I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and I would try my best to help you.
I have noted your clinical details. Based on this, there are two distinct possibilities.
1. Direct neuronal toxicity: Alcohol has direct toxic effects on brain, however, the sensitivity differs between individuals (some can tolerate heavy drinking for long, others can not)
2. Nutritional deficiency- such as thiamine and vitamin B12 are common in some alcohol consumers.
MRI brain and blood tests for vitamin B12 and thiamine levels would help in sorting out the issue.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,

i have a very strong chinese sleeping pill called Dexzopiclone tablets and it works like a charm but in very low supply.
When should insomnia subside/end after now i've been sober for 7 days. I tried last night to not use anything to see if my body can rest, but my brain just doesn't let the body sleep.
Insomnia could take a few weeks in some cases
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
Alcohol is a brain depressant and people who regularly consume alcohol become tolerant to other brain depressants, including sleeping pills. This results in need of higher doses to fall sleep, and without that, there is insomnia.
People who stop drinking or reduce the quantity of drinking (after being regular earlier), can go into a sort of agitated/aroused state. resulting in insomnia. This can last from one week to a few weeks. Benzodiapines such as oxazepam and chlordiazepoxide can help in this situation.
