Question: I have recently been diagnosed with High risk HPV. Before i found out i had HPV there were times i had recieved oral sex and my boyfriend proceeded to suck on my nipples after, hours later i would breastfeed my baby before washing off. my question is could that have any risk on my child?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You should know that the HPV could be transmmited through sexual intercourse(vaginal and oral sex) and skin to skin contact.
But it’s unknown whether HPV can be spread by kissing. The virus can be passed during oral sex, but the evidence for whether you can be infected from kissing is inconclusive.
So even in your situation sucking or kissing your breast doesn't mean for sure that you have HPV in your breast that can infect the baby.
Furthermore your baby is protected from the antibodies that exist in your milk during this time.
