I Have Recently Been Diagnosed With A Stomach Vein That

Go for CT scan with contrast. Not ultrasound dear.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for query my dear patient,
Have seen your details,
A pain in abdomen not due to thrombus would respond to anti inflammatory plus antispasmodic tablet.
I would suggest you to take dicyclomine 10 mg twice daily with Ibuprofen 400mg twice for 3 days. If pain does not respond to it consult a vascular surgeon and start treatment. Migration of clot is something very very dangerous. It may lead to lack of blood supply to particular area. Further If the clot moves to big veins or veins of organs like liver etc they could pose severe problems.
Heparin warfare etc are some of the anticoagulants that would be started by vascular surgeon on the basis of reports of CT with contrast.
Hope I was clear easy to understand and helpful.
Follow ups are welcome.
Regards
