Regarding your concern, I would explain that there is no reason to avoid coffee while taking lisinopril as there is no interaction between them.
I would just recommend avoiding too much coffee during the day ( one coffee a day is Okay) because it can raise your blood pressure values.

I have recently been prescribed Lisinopril (20 MG) to treat my High blood pressure, and I am monitoring my BP every morning, My doctor recommended that I don't drink coffee at least 6 hours before taking this medication, the problem I have with this is that I love to have an evening coffee and it has been apart of my routine for many years. I have chosen 11:00 pm to be the time I take my medication. My question is "Can I still have my evening coffee?" without effecting the desired results.
