Detailed Answer:
Hello there,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I've gone through your query in details...
I can understand your concerns...

I've checked the attached image and it seems like subcutaneous bleeding (bleeding underneath the skin). Now, generally, it can happen due to some form of trauma and gets disappeared after a while. However, as per your description, they seemed to be recurring. So a thorough set of investigations are recommended in order to establish the diagnosis as well as for further management.

At this outset, I'd suggest getting Complete hemogram, Reticulocyte count, ESR, Peripheral blood smear, Liver and Kidney function tests, Coagulation profile along with Fibrinogen level for further assessment. In case your on any blood thinners, then further dose titration of them is necessary too. Ideally, you should be thoroughly examined by a Hematologist for further evaluation.

Please discuss this with your doctor and proceed accordingly.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take Care
Kind Regards
