Brief Answer:
Anxiety is irrational fear
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
Anxiety is irrational fear or fear that is producing physical symptoms,
From your medicine history I can see that you are taking Citraplam (Citalopram) that is an anti-depressant that can cause Parkinsonim as side effects. You are also taking a sedative Adivan (lorazepam). You are also taking Rytary (levodopa/carbidopa) and grocovery (amantadine) to manage Parkinsonism.
Now that you are having severe anxiety causing symptoms like shaking from head to toe, hysterical, hyperventilating and scared. I hope that you are not hallucinating. In my opinion, along with your medicines you can try the following
- Learn pranayam like nadishodhan pranayam from yoga classes and do yoga within your capacity
- Play calming and relaxing music or chants like Om Namah Shivay, etc in the background
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
