Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection, antibiotics are needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you are having urinary tract infection.
If possible you can do urine test and uroculture. Taking antibiotic treatment according to uroculture is advisable because the antibiograme will show the right antibiotic which can work best for it.
If I was your doctor I would have treated you with ciprofloxacine or bactrim for at least 5 days.
Use acetaminophen for fever ,pain and discomfort while urination.
Drink lots of water , cranberry juice or tea to help flush the bacteria out.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
