I Have Severe Nausea , Low Grade Fever With Chills
Question: I have severe nausea, low grade fever with chills and sweats, lethargy, along with what feels like the beginning of a UTI- constant need to urinate, never feels like I finished urinating, urine dribbles out while attempting to get to the restroom (completely abnormal for me). Onset was Tuesday morning.
Brief Answer:
Sounds like pyelonephritis
Detailed Answer:
Hi Ruggeri XXXXXXX
What you describe sound like an ascending urinary tract infection. I suggest you see your doctor or go to the ER for blood tests and urinalysis with urine cultures. Stay hydrated in the meantime.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if you have further questions.
