Do you have pain at the back of the neck that radiates to your arms or hands?
Any pins and needles sensation or numbness over the arms or hands?
This could be cervical spondylosis with possible nerve pinching.
Avoid bending neck forward or lifting heavy objects. Use ergonomically organised workplace. Use Orthopaedic Cervical pillow when in bed.
Do get an xray of the cervical spine or MRI cervical spine.
