Brief Answer:
Kindly attach the reports

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
You are having a generalised pain and it is unlikely related to disc or spine problems. Most probably it is due to conditions like fibromyalgia with a bit of psychological elements. You have to be positive all the time and slight depression may worsen the symptoms.
It will be helpful if you attach the MRI reports/films in the follow up query.
Thanks
