Brief Answer:
Please give additional information, reports of investigations & photos.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
What type of back surgery was done?
What were the medications you took or suit you for inflammation and pain?
Please give the composition of ''florismide''.
Please post the photo of the swollen part of right leg including that of toes. Since when is the swelling present? Any diagnosis told as to the cause of leg swelling?

It seems that the back pain and the swollen right leg are unrelated.
If the similar pain with different type has recurred after surgery one needs to know the cause asap. This may be due to inflammation, nerve pinching in scar or swelling/ infection.
Hence may need appropriate examination, investigations to know the cause.
As for the swelling in right leg, please give detailed history and photos, reports of any investigations done.

Till then you may please take painkiller with anti-inflammatory properties; bed rest, elevation of the affected foot/leg above heart level in laying down position.

Awaiting for your feedback and photos.
With Regards.
