Pain in the heel is commonly seen in obese individuals . This occurs even when the blood and bone calcium are normal.

The other cause for such pain is Vitamin D deficiency , I recommend you get tested it once, If on the lower side , supplementing yourself with Vit D along with calcium can help you get rid of the heel pain.
