I Have Shortened Breathing... Slight Muscle Aches And Feeling Loopy..

You should visit a doctor.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice
As per the details, this can be related to inner ear or brain. It can be a presentation of dizziness or mild vertigo. It can be acephalgic migraine variant where there is no pain but the patient may feel lassitude and malaise loopy feeling.
What I would suggest you is to consult a doctor it could be labyrinthitis also in which due to inflammation of inner ear patient feels as if he/she is drunk a feeling that can be described as if the body is not fully in your control. To be on a serious note as this feeling is associated with pain in muscles it could be suggestive of syndromes like menieres or BPPV.
Lastly, as shortness of breath is there auscultation of lungs as well as heart should be done by a qualified doctor.
So my suggestion to you is that initially visit a General physician let him auscultate you let him examine you and after that follow up with me what he says or suspects.
Don't panic, just visit a doctor.
Hope I was helpful.
Get well soon.
