Brief Answer:
Isolate yourself...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Since when are you having this issue?

Your symptoms suggest an infection. If your symptoms are less than 3 days ago, you can keep isolated and monitor the progress. Take tab dolo 650mg three times daily along with antihistamines like tab cetrizine once at night. Warm saline gargling three times daily will ease the throat discomfort.

But if your symptoms are more than 3 days / if symptoms persist more than 3 days, it is advisable to get tested for COVID-19 (both rapid antigen test as well as RT PCR test).

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
