Question: I have slightly discomfort in my right testicle and there Is what feels like a swollen vein on the lower front part of my testicle. I have no money to see a doctor as of right now so that's why I'm here.

Brief Answer:
For how long has this been going on! Any change with the position?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this. In most cases, this is benign and requires no detailed evaluation or investigation. The most common cause is the pooling of blood which often occurs in the upright position and relieved by lying flat.

In other circumstances, this could be an infection. If you are sexually active, please let me know. Also, if you have a urethral discharge or redness of the testicles, kindly let me know.

In the interim, I encourage supportive underwear and avoidance of prolonged upright positions.

I hope these guides and helps.
I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me as you please

it's been going on for a week now. and no real changes of the position. I sit down most my day as I'm a web developer and a gamer. I am sexually active normally only having sex like once a week though. I dont have any discharge or redness of the testicle that I can tell. Sometimes it hurts to touch it as I'm drawn to it wondering what it is I keep feeling it. So I think the pain came from over touching it.

Brief Answer:
No alarm symptoms at this time. Monitor only!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed the additional information. This does not seem to suggest any specific disease process. MY recommendation would be to have supportive underwear and avoid repetitive manipulation of the scrotum. Should the pain get worse or new symptoms such as penile discharge, redness of the scrotum and swelling set in, please report promptly to me for further review and guidance.

I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me as you please. Until next, I wish you well.
