I Have Small Bumps On My Feet And They Seem

Question: I have small bumps on my feet and they seem to be spreading they have been there for several years. I was wondering if a bleach bath and/or apple cider vinger would help or something like an anti fungal . Is there a way to send you a picture of this?

Brief Answer:
Regarding bumps on feet
Detailed Answer:
Thank you. I have reviewed the images.
I see multiple red and dry/ scaly looking bumps. They seem like eczematous. I suggest you use a topical potent steroid e.g either Clobetasol propionate 0.05% cream or Betamethasone Dipropionate 0.05% cream, twice daily. They don't seem fungal in origin.
Take care.
