Question: I have small white skin patch on top of my glans. when I walking and my glans Touches my cloth I feel uncomfortable. otherwise it's not hurts. After that some cracks appeared and it's made penis unatractive. I'm about to get married. I need help

I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like mometasone cream on the affected area twice daily for 10 days.

As I have already said the white patch is an eczematous rash.
I would recommend you to apply mometasone cream on this area twice daily.
This will resolve the patch and won’t cause any problem in your marriage.
Also the cracks and uncomfortable feeling will go away.
