This specimen is of good quality and is acceptable for routine bacterial culture.

Brief Answer:
Wait for culture results...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Based on this test results, the sample seems to contain normal bacteria present in the oro-respiratory tract. But before we conclude, it is preferable to wait for full culture results. It usually takes 2-3 days for the results to come. It will guide the doctors to appropriate treatment if any.
In the meanwhile, I would like to know what other symptoms do you have besides blood in sputum. Are you running fever? Are you breathless? Chest Pain? any others?
And how long do you have this problem?
Do you have any known medical conditions?
Regards
