Do you see the pictures I uploaded?
Brief Answer:
Use a soothing lotion and take an oral antihistamine
Detailed Answer:
thank you
I have viewed the image. Possibly it is a viral exanthem or a drug reaction. Is it itchy? how long since you have had it? I suggest you to use a soothing lotion e.g Calamine lotion. You may also take an oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief.
take care.

It is not itchy. Not taking any meds, but I do test positive for certain autoimmune antibodies so I see a rheumy. I was worried that these are pestachiae/leaky blood vessels—does it look like that or Purpura? I hope. Or related to any autoimmune skin issues.
Brief Answer:
Need more information
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
It could be related to autoimmunity. A lot of autoimmune conditions do present with purpuric or petechial skin rash - pin point haemorrhages which can be confused with a viral exanthema or a drug reaction, initially. Usually an acute worsening of an underlying autoimmune disease can be accompanied by that sort of a presentation. Which antibodies did you test positive for? How long since you have this? The management would then be towards the specific / suspected cause.

Brief Answer:
Regarding autoimmune diseases
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I must say that a purpuric rash like yours is one of the manifestations of autoimmune disease like SLE and usually indicate a worsening of the underlying condition.
Are you on some specific treatment like immunosuppressives?
They may be warranted in your case after thorough investigation of internal organ involvement, especially renal, cardiac and lung involvement.
Let me know if I can assist you further...
