I Have Some Contact Dermatitis On My Ankle. A Few

Question: I have some contact dermatitis on my ankle. A few days ago I irritated it pretty bad and it got infected. I have been taking amoxicillin for a couple days now and it seems to be clearing up the infection just fine. I have also noticed clay colored stools while taking the amoxicillin. Is that ok?
Brief Answer:
It is unlikely related to amoxicillin.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It is unlikely related to amoxicillin.
Amoxicillin sometimes cause diarrhoea and dark coloured stools, but clay coloured stools is very very unlikely be related to amoxicillin.
Some kind of jaundice can cause clay coloured stools. You can go for a liver function test( LFT) to check whether the bilirubin is elevated or not.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
