Brief Answer:
Probably a musculoskeletal origin

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in Ask the Doctor

According to the history of your concern probably it is a musculoskeletal problem due to overdistention during heavy or long working time. Try to work less and use painkillers such as Acetaminophen as needed

If it doesn't stop than an ECG and a chest X-ray are needed to evaluate the lungs and the heart
but for these you should see your doctor first and he or s/he will guide you further.

However the fact that you don't have other signs and symptoms is a positive think and in my opinion it's probably related to hard work.

Hope to have been helpful
