Hi Thanks for posting the query

Is the fever high, is it on and off or continuous?
If it's mild fever you can take Take Tab. Aceclo P 1 tablet 2 times and for cold and cough you can add Tab. Montair LC 2 times a day.

After getting tested do get back.

You can take the same medicines suggested previously.
If symptoms aggravate or their is no difference in next 3 days then you will have to consult physician in person and get a course of antibiotics.
