Question: hello. I have some itchy spots on my groin.coud you please identify them? thanks

more details if needed - I haven't had sex in about 6 months so I don't think it's an std. it's currently very hot and humid so it could be a heat rash / spots although I don't know if this would be itchy. I have put anti bacterial cream on which reduces the itch but hasn't eliminated the spots. I also think there was only 1 originally and now there are more

Hi,
I have reviewed the image.
It looks like fungal infection like tinea cruris.
You can apply over the counter available antifungal like clotrimazole after cleaning with warm water.
Make the area clean and dry.
Nothing to worry and it will settle in few days.
