I Have Some Questions About Some Symptoms I Ve Had

What really had me concerned again was that this past Sunday night, I started experiencing random pains that happened mostly in my legs and arms but also in my neck and chest area occasionally. This pain was a semi-sharp pain in one specific point at a time that would pulse and then go away. Immediately after one pain went away though, it would pop up randomly somewhere else on my body. This happened consistently through this Monday afternoon. By Monday morning, sometimes the pain was more like a dull ache that seemed more spread out though, mostly in my arms around the bicep area. For a few weeks before the Sunday night incident, I would get one of these singular sharp-ish pains in one of my thighs or calves and it would pulse and eventually go away, but just the one at a time. This seems to be the pattern the pains have returned to now. I'm wondering if you had any ideas on what could be causing this or any tests I should do. Thank you.
Spasm and pain could be cause from electrolytes imbalance
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question. Hope I can be of help for you today.
There are no drug interactions between spironolactone and marijuanna and contraceptive pills. But there are side effects of spironolactone such as gout, hyperkalemia, hyperuricemia, hypocalcemia, hypomagnesemia, hyponatremia etc… Your spasm and pain can be caused by electrolyte imbalance due to spironolactone. You should see your doctor to check the electrolyte in your blood. Your doctor may adjust dose according to your electrolyte level.
I hope that I can help you, and please let me know if you have any clarification or question about that, and I would be welcome to discuss it with you further. I Hope you have good health.

Hello,
Thank you again for your question. Urine 24 hours for calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium is not accurate as a blood test because it depends on whether you are drinking enough water or not and it is not always accurate.
