I Have Some Questions Regarding Dosing Of Hormones. I Have

Question: I have some questions regarding dosing of hormones. I have Hypopituitarism, but insurance will not pay for HGH (border line and insurance wont pay for gold standard testing) and I don't have the money to buy it in the US, so I have ordered it on from China. My endo isn't happy about it, but I'm sick of being sick. I need some help with dosing. I weigh 125. I know that I will need to have my labs tested regularly.
These are the hormones that I need to reconstitute and how much to inject and how often:
ACTH1-24 2 mg (dried powder vial)
ACTH 1-24 10 mg (dried powder vial)
Oxytocin 5 mg (dried powder vial)
HGH. 10 iu. (dried powder vial)

Brief Answer:
About pituitary insufficiency;
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
Regarding to Synachten ( ACTH) it is not approved to be used as a treatment adjent, it is only used as a diagnostic test, to diagnose adrenal insufficiency.
So i would not recommend to use it.
Oxytocin iv in your case for what reason?
GH is used 0.2 mg/ daily for your age, but please follow the treatment recommended by your physician.
These may have serious side effects if used not recommend by a doctor.
Best wishes,

l am still in need of getting my question answered which is: what is the safe prescription stregnth for ACTH. What stregnth is used in diagnostic testing? My morning ACTH lab values are 1-2. When I took ACTH for the diagnostic testing, I felt better than I had in years, that is, until it wore off. I feel sick everyday that I take Hydrocortisone, the FDA recommended medication for Hypopituitarism. I would like to try ACTH. I understand that it isn't approved by the FDA and I understand that you are not endorsing my use.

Brief Answer:
About ACTH;
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
There is no doctor who can suggest you a safe dose of ACTH for chronic treatment as there is no study that has revealed it and no one has experience in treating patients with ACTH.
There are 2 doses used for diagnosis; 1 mcg and 250 mcg, only one dose for diagnosis.
Best wishes,
Dr.Mirjeta
