Brief Answer:
Eczematous rash, topical steroid, antihistamininic, moisturizing cream
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be eczematous rash.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like mometasone cream or cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and regular application of a moisturizing cream on the entire face and neck 3-4 times in a day for 8-10 days,
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
Avoid harsh soaps, use a soap free cleanser, avoid direct sunlight and makeup,
