Brief Answer:
Neuropathy from vitamin B 12 deficiency is possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the test results you uploaded and
* vitamin B 12 levels are too low
*vitamin D levels are within normal range.
* T3 level is a bit low
* ferritin is within normal range and TIBC and UIBC
are within normal range.
The symptoms of fatigue, headache, dizziness and leg discomfort at night are signs of neuropathy.
Vitamin B 12 deficiency can cause neuropathy and treating it by taking vitamin B 12 can make it better.
Also amitryptiline that you are taking can make the neuropathy better.
About the T3 low levels you should test also T4 and TSH in order to check thyroid function.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
