Hii. Your history is inadequate to come to a diagnosis. Can you send the picture?It may be any glossitis due to vitamin deficiency,any soreness due to acid reflux,any reaction to spicy food. You can start betadine gargle,drink plenty of water. If it doesn't resolve within 1 week then it can be further investigated. Please send the picture.
