I Have Sprained Both Ankles About 3 Days Would It Be Okay If I Took 25-50 Mg Of Tramadol?

Question: Hello Dr. I have sprained both ankles about 3 days ago. Both are wrapped and I am applying this 've and heat alternately. For some reason I have a lot of pain tonight and aspirin isn't touching it. I take XXXXXXX 150 mg each morning and hydroxyzine PAM 50 mg in the evening to help me relax for sleep (with very mixed results). Would it be okay if I took 25-50 mg of tramadol for pain tonight only? Thank you so much

Hello,

I can understand your concern. Please write down the constituents of 150 mg in follow up question.

I guess its Bupropion 150 mg and Hydroxyzine. With these drugs if you have prescription then you can take Tramadol 25-50 mg without worries. Avoid using high doses of tremadol with these drugs. But 25-50 mg doses are fine absolutely.
