I Have Stage 4 Liver Disease, Dystolic Dysfunction Dysfunction

Question: Hi Dr. I have stage 4liver disease, dystolic dysfunction, hx of CVA and 1 kidney
fell about 1.5 weeks ago and have been in severe pain in my spleen area and down the front of my left leg. November of 2020, I fractured my pelvic bone in 3 places. I’ve been in and out of the hospital so much in the past 2 years, I don’t want to my question is, should I?
