Brief Answer:
Suspect gastroesophageal reflux disease or peptic ulcer disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If you are having discomfort in the stomach, along with bloating and belching, this could be a sign of acid reflux, or, if you have been diagnosed with H pylori and a stomach ulcer recently, that could very well be the cause as well. The headache may or may not be related to this, but it sounds like the stomach problem should be given attention first. You should be on a PPI medication such as omeprazole, and normally I would give 20 mg twice a day, 30 minutes before a meal. H pylori would normally also be treated, so if you can give me more information about whether that was treated, whether you did have an ulcer confirmed on a scope that looked at the stomach, and how long ago that was, I would be glad to discuss this further and what steps you should take at this time.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any other questions about that, and I would be glad to discuss it with you further.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Bloating and belching could still be from acid

Detailed Answer:
I would still consider acid reflux to be a possible cause of the bloating and belching, so I would still try a PPI medication like omeprazole to see if that helps. But otherwise, excess gas like this could also be caused by diet, and I would make sure to avoid foods that can increase gas, such as beans, onions, celery, carrots, raisins, bananas, apricots, prunes, Brussels sprouts, wheat germ, pretzels, and bagels, and I would try a low FODMAP diet (you can look up "low FODMAP diet" for examples). Avoiding carbonated drinks and regular exercise can also help. Lactose intolerance can also be a cause, and you could try to avoid dairy products to see if that helps.

If this does not seem to help, I would advise you to see a doctor in person for a thorough examination and possibly blood testing and a breath test to look for bacterial overgrowth in the intestines, and hopefully this will reveal the cause if your symptoms are still persisting.

Please let me know if you have any other questions, I'd be glad to help any way I can.
