Thyroid gland function to consider.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I have read your query and here is my advice.
In my opinion, besides the conditions that have been excluded, thyroid gland dysfunction should be evaluated further.
Blood tests for thyroid gland hormones levels are necessary for this purpose.
Low vitamin D also may cause a number of symptoms, but not as typical as yours.
When it comes to neurological symptoms, the best tool for a correct diagnosis is a thorough neurological examination.
I think that if after such evaluation there is not a diagnosis, anxiety may be a possibility.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
