I Have Sunis Surgery On May 6 And I Still
You may use corticosteroid spry and antibiotics .
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think you should continue to treat the congestion and sinusitis with medications.
I think you should do a culture of the nasal sections because you had been using antibiotics and it can be a resistant infection. Azythromycin is preferably used in this case but antibiograme may show the right antibiotic which can be used.
Also use saline water to rinse nose and help get mucus out.
You can also use corticosteroid as spry or even orally.
Continue your follow up visits with ENT doctor to check sinus conditions by endoscopy.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
