Brief Answer:
Looks like mild irritation. apply OTC steroid creams and you'll be fine.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for sending the pictures . It looks like it is some form of dermatitis or irritation. I suggest using very mild soap and water to wash it twice a day. Avoid for it being soaked with perspiration or when you are sweaty make sure that you dry it off completely and wash it was open water and don't let it air dry by itself with sweat.

A mild hydrocortisone cream or a steroid cream will be very helpful to hasten the recovery process. I usually tell patients to do this twice a day and apply the cream very thinly on the affected areas.

i hope i have answered your questions satisfactorily.

Okay got otc cortisol and applied it. Also feels as if there is a hard vein similar to a ring directly under my glans going around the shaft. Is this normal?

Brief Answer:
Yes this is expected and expect to resolve in the following days.

Detailed Answer:
Yes there will be a feeling of thickness around the area. That's normal and would go away in time as the swelling resolves. If the swelling persists or gets worse in the coming days then i suggest you see a urologist so he may be able to do a complete physical examination and you.
