High risk for HIV transmission
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting us with your health question
Sharing needles is a very high-risk behavior for HIV transmission. And if the needles had been used or exposed to HIV infected person(blood), the risk of transmission of HIV infection to you is very high. According to the CDC, HIV can survive in a used syringe for up to 42 days.
So, it is very important for you to follow up with your healthcare provider and start prophylactic antiretroviral therapy as soon as possible.

I forgot to mention that I snorted it and didn’t use a needle. The Pulver had blood in it and I took it via nose
Brief Answer:
Risk cannot be neglected
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Snorting will cause direct contact of the contaminated blood to your nasal mucosa. So even though the risk is not as high as in needle use, there is still a substantial risk for HIV transmission.
So please follow up with a health provider to initiate prophylactic therapy.
