Brief Answer:
May be due to chronic gastritis. Follow up with more details.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and here is my advice.
As per your history, it may be due to chronic gastritis.
Please let me know do you have history of heavy weight lifting, fever, nausea, burning sensation, diarrhea, had outside food?
To confirm diagnosis I would suggest you to do ultrasound abdomen and upper GI endoscopy after detailed medical examination and gastroenterologist's opinion.
Till then continue tab. Paracetamol 500 mg every 8 hourly and peptobismol. Alternately you can also take tablet pantoprazole 40 mg once a day and syp. Mucaine gel 2 teaspoon three times a day.
Avoid hot and spicy foods. Do regular exercise for 30 to 40mins daily. Take light foods and avoid sleeping immediately after meal.
Let me know I can assist you further...
Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale.
