Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
I have gone through your details and report. Triglyceride level at 239 is not at all life-threatening. Do not worry. There are people with high triglyceride around 1000 and more.
So I would suggest you relax and only concentrate on exercise such as a treadmill, cycling or jogging for a minimum of 30 minutes every day should help.
I hope this answered your query.

Brief Answer:
As explained below
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Yes, you can take any good brand that is available in the nearby pharmacy. They come in standard doses. A single 1,000 mg softgel (providing about 300 mg EPA and 200 DHA) should be sufficient. You can take Solgar Omega-3 Fish oil Concentrate, 120 Softgels if it is available. You can take daily one capsule along with food.
