As explained below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask A Doctor"

I have gone through your query. Constant urge to urinate can be due to a urine infection.

I would like to know your age and gender? Do you have a fever? Any blood in urine? Pain in the lower back/flanks?

I suggest you get a urine routine test and a urine culture to rule out infection. To rule out ureteric stones you will have to get an X-ray or ultrasound KUB/Abdomen.

You can also take Self-start antibiotics such as Ofloxacin for a 5-day course after giving your urine sample.

Meanwhile, drink lots of water around 3 to 4 liters per day. Cranberry juice or any citric fruit juice helps to wash out infection.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to discuss further.
