Brief Answer:
Start iron rich diet. Continue medications as suggested.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and attached reports. Here is my advice.

As per attached reports,

HbA1c is 5.3 which indicates good control of diabetes.

Fasting blood sugar 116 is slightly on higher side but well controlled. Kindly continue medications as suggested.

Hemoglobin 12.9 is slightly on lower side. For that Start iron rich diet.

Lipid profile parameters are within normal limits except triglycerides. For that continue tablet roseday F. Continue fat or oil free diet and do daily 30 to 40 mins exercise. Reduce weight if overweight.

All other reports are within normal limits.

So as of now, except iron rich diet, no any immediate action or medications is required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam

Follow up with a bit more information...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for the reply.

Please let me know,

Does he have burning micturition or pain while urination, fever, pain in abdomen or past history of renal or bladder stone?

Then, I would suggest you to consult with urologist.

He may procure necessary investigations to rule out urinary tract infection or renal stone or diabetic nephropathy as per evaluation.
