Question: I have these Mark's on my leg and it is itches and is burning I have put neosporin and blue star ointment

Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems to be either an eczematous rash or paedrous dermatitis which is an insect bite hypersensitivity reaction.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected area twice daily for 10 days.
Also take antihistaminic like tablet Chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching and burning.
Steroid preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
This will resolve your problem.
